Wisteria Party

Wisteria Party was conceived at twilight in Liguria, when the light fades between sea and hills and the breath of spring lingers in the air. On the first hill of Alassio, in the gardens of Villa della Pergola, the wisteria cascades down in fragrant waves, enveloping the loggias and paths in a soft, luminous glow.

This perfume goes far beyond the mere description of a place: it evokes its atmosphere. The accord of blooming wisteria unfolds like an awakening, delicate yet enveloping, gently filling the air like a breeze rising up from the sea. Its slightly honeyed nuances mingle with the green humidity of the park, cradled by the silent shade of majestic ancient trees, with that fresh salty tang so uniquely typical of the Riviera in spring.

Inspired by the famous Wisteria Parties of the early 20th century, when the Hanbury family opened the villa’s gardens to artists, nobles, travellers and the local community to celebrate the wisteria in bloom, the fragrance preserves the memory of those magical evenings, a blend of Mediterranean elegance and shared wonder.
